Continuous Focus on National Security and Export Controls

Export controls will remain a core focus, especially for industries where the United States and China compete. In this session, our international trade and national security team, led by Giovanna Cinelli, will discuss key areas of US-China export control policies; sensitive technology areas; expected multilateral engagement to manage the relationship among the United States, its allies, its partners, and China; and anticipated regulatory changes.
