Morgan Lewis is proud to announce that Houston partners Gregory Etzel and Scott McBride will be speaking at this year’s Texas Health Law Conference (THLC) in Austin, Texas.
Scott will present as part of the Enforcement Update for the Healthcare Industry panel on October 9 from 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM CT. During this presentation, Scott will provide insight into federal and state enforcement agencies and how they’re investigating and litigating healthcare fraud cases, payment recoveries, and other enforcement actions.
Greg will present on Legal and Industry Developments in Provider Reimbursement on October 9 from 3:30 PM - 4:15 PM CT. His presentation will focus on the legal and regulatory changes affecting payment for healthcare services. Topics will include recent case law, regulatory developments, and the growth of innovative payment models in the managed care landscape.
