Morgan Lewis Advises Nebius on AI Infrastructure Agreement with Meta

LONDON, December 3, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented Nebius Group N.V. in relation to its multibillion-dollar agreement to deliver GPU-based AI infrastructure to Meta. The deal, announced in Nebius’s third quarter financial results, is valued at approximately $3 billion over five years. This deal follows Nebius’s GPU infrastructure deal with Microsoft in September 2025, on which Morgan Lewis also advised.

Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius Group has a global footprint with research and development facilities in Europe, North America, and Israel.
