Morgan Lewis Advises Nebius on AI Infrastructure Agreement with Microsoft

LONDON, September 15, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented Nebius Group N.V. in relation to its multibillion-dollar agreement to deliver GPU-based neocloud infrastructure to Microsoft. The value of the multiyear agreement has been announced as up to $19.4 billion, pursuant to which Nebius will deliver dedicated capacity to Microsoft starting later this year.

Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius Group has a global footprint with research and development facilities in Europe, North America, and Israel.
