The CFTC and SEC are not waiting around for the Clarity Act to be enacted in order to advance what they can do with respect to digital assets,” Stacie said. “They’ve established both guidance and set up a number of proposed rulemakings in order to stand up what they can of a framework for digital assets to be regulated.”
