Founded in 1976, Horton serves commercial, industrial, and infrastructure clients throughout Connecticut and the broader Northeast. The company specializes in electrical construction for wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations, solar installation and operations and maintenance, generator services, civil site work, and 24/7 emergency response.
