Brandon J. Brigham

Brandon has investigated and defended against citations in virtually every industry, including warehousing, utility, pipeline, construction, manufacturing, and retail. He has handled every stage of defending employers against OSHA, from representing employers throughout the initial inspection to trials and appeals. Brandon is proficient in handling OSHA-related appeals before the OSH Review Commission and state and federal appellate courts and develops novel arguments when necessary. His trial experience includes opening and closing presentations, preparing witnesses to give testimony, examining witnesses, and preparing and opposing pre- and post-trial motions, and other submissions.

Brandon also represents companies in a range of employee benefit litigation matters, including Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) class actions.  Brandon’s experience includes defending class action claims challenging denial of benefits as well as the administration of 401(k) savings plans.

Brandon also has experience litigating unfair competition matters on behalf of pharmaceutical, retail, and financial services clients.

Brandon has a strong commitment to pro bono work. He volunteers with clients such as the Pennsylvania Prison Society.
