Carina Bryk
Carina Bryk is a member of the firm’s immigration and global mobility team. She advises both corporate and private clients across a variety of immigration categories, including Skilled Worker, Creative Worker, family routes, settlement, EU Settlement Scheme, and nationality applications. She focuses her practice on all aspects of UK business immigration law and advises organisations across various sectors on sponsor compliance.
As part of the firm’s global mobility practice, she manages and advises on cross-border immigration strategies across Europe and the Middle East. Her practice involves delivering large-scale, multi-jurisdictional projects—including advising on compliance and right-to-work requirements for high-profile clients and events—providing commercially focused guidance, and coordinating applications across multiple countries.
Carina provides strategic, commercially focused advice that aligns immigration solutions with business objectives. She counsels clients in navigating corporate transactions, preventing illegal working risks, and implementing tailored global mobility strategies that enable the seamless movement of talent worldwide.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Carina worked in-house at a global entertainment, sports, fashion, and modeling company. Carina is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
