Kristin assists clients in a broad array of IP-related matters, including addressing IP issues related to corporate transactions, negotiating settlement and licensing agreements, providing guidance on the transfer of IP portfolios during transactions, and developing and managing all aspects of global title update work.

World Trademark Review 1000 recently recognized Kristin as a leading practitioner for trademark prosecution and strategy, noting that Kristin “not only is well-versed in the unique rules and procedures of the TTAB, but also understands business needs and priorities. She handles TTAB matters efficiently with excellent outcomes.” An active member in the International Trademark Association, Kristin currently is a member of the Brand Restrictions Committee and was previously a member of the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee, the Pro Bono Committee, the Enforcement Committee, and the Parallel Imports Committee.
