Kyle Nodes
Kyle Nodes represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, including commercial disputes and complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. He counsels clients through all aspects and stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including matters before administrative tribunals, enforcement actions brought by government regulatory authorities, and internal investigations. Kyle has represented companies and individuals in a broad array of industries, including financial services, ecommerce, and shipping and logistics.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Kyle clerked for Judge Noel L. Hillman at the US District Court for the District of New Jersey and was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm. While in law school, Kyle was notes editor of the Duke Law Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a student attorney in the First Amendment Clinic.
