Hillary Maropis is the firm’s senior director of legal recruiting and partner integration and oversees all aspects of lawyer hiring across the US. This includes lateral, entry level, and summer associate recruiting programs, as well as law school relations and on-campus recruitment. Hillary is also involved in the firm’s associate talent and inclusion initiatives. She works with firm leadership to ensure that Morgan Lewis is attracting top legal talent while also staying on top of market trends. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Hillary worked at other large law firms in both Washington, DC and Philadelphia.
Hillary is a member of NALP and the Legal Recruitment Administrators of Philadelphia (LRAP). She joined Morgan Lewis in October 2014 and has more than 18 years of professional experience in law firm recruiting.
Hillary received her B.A. in communications and public relations from Pennsylvania State University.
