Richard J. Marks’ practice focuses on traditional labor/management relations, including arbitrations, labor law counseling, and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and related litigation. Rick also counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters, including HR practices, reductions-in-force, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, and litigation avoidance. He has represented clients in US state and federal courts as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state fair employment practices agencies.
