2026 FDLI Annual Conference

Ariel’s panel, Wristbands, Walled Gardens…Warning Letters? FDA, Wearables, and Wellness Tech, is set to address some of the most pressing developments in wearable medical devices. Attendees will learn about the Food and Drug Administration’s ongoing views on data privacy, patient protection, and other compliance challenges, along with insights into the agency’s new initiatives. Specifically, the panel will examine the Technology-Enabled Meaningful Patient Outcomes (TEMPO) program and its implications for developers.
