ABA International Law Section’s 2026 Annual Conference

Partner Mike Huneke will be speaking at the American Bar Association (ABA) International Law Section’s 2026 Annual Conference on the panel titled Significant Trends in International Trade Enforcement.

The annual conference will bring together more than 600 lawyers from five continents, including law firm partners, in-house and general counsel, and law firm leaders, for outstanding legal education, business development, and relationship-building opportunities. Held during the 250th anniversary year of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the conference will celebrate the rule of law and feature timely legal and business programming, pre-conference events, cultural exchanges, and inspiring keynote speakers.

Mike and his fellow panelists will examine significant developments in international trade enforcement, including FCPA, sanctions, anti-terrorism, export controls, and customs. The panel will also explore revised enforcement policies, US administration priorities, and recent enforcement cases. The panelists will also discuss how these trends are affecting international compliance programs. Mike’s panel will take place on Thursday, May 14 at 11:00 am ET.
