GCR Awards 2021: Voting Now Open, Global Competition Review

Morgan Lewis’s global antitrust and competition team received five nominations from Global Competition Review (GCR) for its 2021 GCR Awards. The GCR Awards recognize the top cases, law firms, lawyers, economists, and enforcers that had a significant impact over the last year.

Our firm and lawyers were shortlisted for:

• Litigator of the Year: London partner Frances Murphy 
• Merger Control Matter of the Year— Americas: Mylan/Upjohn (Pfizer) merger
• Behavioural Matter of the Year—Americas: FTC v Qualcomm matter
• Behavioural Matter of the Year—Americas: DOJ’s investigation into carmakers’ emissions
• Matter of the Year: FTC v Qualcomm matter

Voting for this year’s nominees ends at midnight EST on March 5 and winners are set to be announced in a series of special reports that will begin publishing in April.
