Morgan Lewis Advises uniQure on $259M Follow-On Offering

LONDON, June 25, 2026: Morgan Lewis represented uniQure N.V. in connection with its upsized SEC-registered follow-on offering of 5,686,813 ordinary shares at a price of $45.50 per share. This included 741,758 ordinary shares issued pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional ordinary shares. The aggregate gross proceeds to the company were approximately $259 million.

uniQure is advancing a pipeline of proprietary gene therapies for the treatment of patients with Huntington's disease, refractory temporal lobe epilepsy, Fabry disease, and other severe diseases.
