On January 10, the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari to review the Federal Circuit’s 6–5 split decision in Limelight Networks, Inc. v. Akamai Technologies, Inc. The decision deals with induced infringement of a method claim by multiple actors, sometimes called “divided infringement.”
