Allison D. Gargano regularly advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging market companies on domestic and multijurisdictional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carveout spinoffs, strategic investments, dispositions, co-investments, and minority investments. Allison also counsels on general corporate and compliance matters. Allison has over a decade of private equity experience. Allison mainly represents clients across the retail, consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, sports, and financial services industries. She serves as co-leader of the firm’s retail and ecommerce industry team and pro bono chair for the New York office.
