PARIS, August 29, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented Byron Gestion in structuring a club deal for the acquisition of Luxotel, a four-star beachfront hotel in Cannes, France.
Byron Gestion is a subsidiary of Louvre Hotels Group and a third-party hotel asset management company. The project includes a complete renovation and operation under the Radisson brand.
The Morgan Lewis team advising Byron Gestion includes partners Alexandre Omaggio, Hugues Bouchetemble, and Renaud Dubois and associate Romain Nowak.
