Partner Jason Pinney will moderate a panel discussion at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Compliance and Legal Society Northeast Regional Seminar, titled The Northeast Corridor: Connecting Regional Enforcement Strategies.

Jason will lead the panelists in a discussion that will examine whether states are stepping up enforcement efforts in the consumer protection space, what coordination is being seen between federal and Northeast regulators in the crypto space, and what is top of mind for state securities regulators.
