Partner Ashley Lynam will speak at the upcoming American Health Law Association Winter Institute: Advising Providers and AI in Health Care on the panel Guarding Against Harm: Navigating Sexual Misconduct Liability in Health Care.
The panel will examine the evolving legal landscape surrounding sexual misconduct claims against healthcare systems, including recent litigation trends, enforcement actions, and plaintiff strategies. The discussion will also address institutional liability theories, key risk indicators, and practical best practices to help organizations mitigate risk and reduce exposure.
