Recent Developments with Copyright and AI

This session will break down the recent developments in the ever-changing landscape of copyright and artificial intelligence (AI), focusing on the legislative and policy landscape, registrability of works that use AI, recent copyright litigation, and a path forward between copyright owners and generative AI models.

CLE credit in CA, FL, IL, NY*, PA, TX, VA and WA is currently pending approval. Credit in CT and NJ is pending approval (via reciprocity). CLE credit is not available for the viewing of recorded sessions.
