Of counsel Lauren Simpson will be speaking at the New York City Bar Association’s Not-for-Profit Law Conference, a full-day program intended to serve in-house and outside counsel with a well-developed background in nonprofit law, as well as provide useful information for not-for-profit organizational managers and lawyers who focus on other sectors and seek to enhance their early practice in the not-for-profit field.

Lauren’s panel Nonprofit and For-Profit Sector Partnerships will take place at 3:15 pm and will cover topics such as designing partnerships for financial sustainability; structural, tax, and governance issues; mission protection in growth-oriented partnerships; and asset use, transfers, and exit planning.
