Morgan Lewis Global Public Company Academy

The Morgan Lewis Global Public Company Academy (GPCA) is a series of webinars designed to keep in-house counsel, directors, executives, and others who work with public companies informed of the latest legal, regulatory, and market developments affecting public companies, including updates on federal securities law compliance and evolving US Securities and Exchange Commission requirements.

The series provides practical guidance on capital markets transactions; corporate governance; environmental, social, and governance; stakeholder engagement; executive, equity, and director compensation; board responsibilities; and litigation developments.

The webinars bring together the firm’s securities, corporate governance, executive compensation, and litigation lawyers to provide timely, practical insights on emerging developments and compliance considerations for public companies.

The program is set up so that each session is self-contained, and geared toward learning in an efficient and convenient format. Participants can pick topics of particular interest or relevance, or attend the entire series.

CLE credit in CA, FL, IL, LA, NY*, OH, PA, TX, and VA is currently pending approval. Credit in CT and NJ is pending approval (via reciprocity). CLE credit is not available for the viewing of recorded sessions.
