P. Bartholomew Quintans

Bart Quintans crafts practical solutions for clients in both single-plaintiff and systemic litigation across technology, manufacturing, logistics, and other industries. Bart has also practiced as corporate counsel with responsibility over a large national workforce, where he focused on proactive counseling, real-time situation management, and representing business units before government agencies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Bart served as a law clerk to Judge Diana Song Quiroga of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Bart is admitted in California only, and his practice is supervised by NJ Bar members.
