OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS): What Employers Need to Know

On November 5, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published its 490-page Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) and preamble on COVID-19 vaccination.

The ETS establishes binding requirements on large employers (those with 100 or more employees) to protect employees from the risk of contracting COVID-19 in the workplace.
