In December, we will host two webinars:
- December 14 – Enforcement Outlook 2021: Fraud & Abuse, featuring our panel of former government officials: Jeffrey Boujoukos, Kathleen McDermott, and Sandra Moser, and moderated by Zane Memeger. Our panel will address what we can expect from regulatory agencies under the new administration and its anticipated focus on enforcement actions and inquiries associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
- December 17 – Enforcement Outlook 2021: Environmental, with partners John McGahren, Ella Foley Gannon, and Bryan Killian from our environmental practice. They will discuss potential shifts in enforcement priorities by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in areas including climate change, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and emerging contaminants and chemical safety.
