OCC's Ex-Chief of Enforcement Joins Morgan Lewis in DC, Law360

Partner William Jauquet was featured in a Law360 article about his move to Morgan Lewis, where he joins the firm after nearly two decades with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), most recently serving as Acting Director of Enforcement.

“From significant Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering actions, to investigating and litigating potential sales practices misconduct, from handling issues related to bank service providers, to advising on licensing issues and everything in between, I’d done it all,” Will said. “Like the OCC, Morgan Lewis offers a fantastic group of colleagues who I’m thrilled to work with.”

Will told Law360 he will advise financial institutions on regulatory and enforcement matters, including issues involving emerging technologies, digital assets, and new entrants to the banking space.
