Morgan Lewis AI and National Security Leaders Recognized at 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards

CHICAGO, April 16, 2026: Morgan Lewis’s Chief AI & Knowledge Officer Colleen Nihill and international trade and national security practice leader Katie Hilferty were recognized for their leadership in advancing client-focused innovation and navigating complex regulatory environments at the 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards held in Chicago on April 14.

Colleen received the Collaborative Leadership – External award, recognizing her work developing and deploying AI-driven knowledge and practice solutions in collaboration with clients and external partners. Colleen’s leadership role focuses on integrating emerging technologies into legal service delivery to enhance efficiency, insight, and client outcomes.

Katie was named a Next Generation Leader, an honor recognizing rising women lawyers who are making significant contributions to their organizations and demonstrating strong leadership early in their careers. In her practice leadership position, Katie oversees a team advising clients on international trade controls, sanctions, and national security matters, supporting companies as they navigate cross-border risk and an increasingly complex global enforcement landscape.
