Catherine L. Hunter counsels investment banks, private investment funds, and global institutional investors on their investments in domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, secondary funds, and other private investment funds. In addition, she represents buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Catherine served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office.
