Joseph D. Magrisso
Joseph D. Magrisso represents employers in federal and state single-plaintiff and complex discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and contract cases. He also represents companies in single-plaintiff and class action accessibility litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act, and state accessibility laws, and advises companies on accessibility compliance. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Joseph interned for Magistrate Judge Barry L. Garber of the Southern District of Florida and Justice Barbara J. Pariente of the Florida Supreme Court. He is fluent in Spanish.
