Lixin Lin advises companies on matters relating to capital market transactions, corporate governance, and securities regulation. Lixin counsels publicly listed companies, investment banking firms, and institutional stakeholders, among others. She advises clients on public and private securities offerings, including representations of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and target companies in “de-SPAC” transactions. She also has experience with annual and special meeting and proxy-related issues, periodic reporting and disclosure requirements, and Nasdaq and NYSE compliance. Lixin is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
