Lucas S. Evans represents companies in the technology and communications industries. Luke advises clients before the Federal Communications Commission, US Department of Commerce, and other federal and state agencies on domestic and international licensing, national security and sanctions regulations, and compliance with regard to corporate transactions. While at Georgetown University Law Center, Luke represented clients in data privacy matters before the Federal Trade Commission as a student attorney in Georgetown’s Communications and Technology Law Clinic. Luke also served on the executive board of the Georgetown Law Technology Review.
