Marjorie S. Crider
Marjorie S. Crider represents major financial institutions and other commercial lenders on numerous complex commercial finance transactions, with an emphasis on asset-based financing. She also works with single lenders and multi-bank syndicates, and she handles structuring, documenting, and negotiating domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including negotiating intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements.
Marjorie also advises lenders on acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, and debtor-in-possession financing transactions. She works with companies in a variety of sectors and industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, and service.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Marjorie was a senior partner in the banking and finance practice of a regional law firm, resident in Boston.
- Represented the agent in an $55 million revolving credit and term loan facility to finance a manufacturer of automatic semiconductor test equipment
- Represented the agent in a $400 million multi-lender revolving cross-border credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a national wholesaler and retailer of branded footwear and licensed sports apparel
- Represented the agent in a $4 billion multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance the working capital needs of a major national retail store conglomerate
- Represented the agent in a $215 million multi-lender revolving credit facility to finance an employee staffing company
- Represented the agent in a $175 million multi-lender revolving facility in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany to finance the working capital needs of a national retailer
- Represented the agent in a $300 million multi-lender revolving credit facility in the US and Canada to finance the working capital needs of a leading sportswear distributer
- Represented the lenders in an $80 million revolving credit and term loan facility and a $60 million debtor-in-possession revolving credit facility to a supplier of protein products
- Represented the agent in an $110 million revolving credit and term loan facility to finance the acquisition of a medical billing and services company
