Milan Wozniak concentrates his practice in the areas of securitization and structured finance. Milan represents issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, buyers, and sellers in a wide range of structured transactions, including issuances of asset-backed securities, asset sales and acquisitions, asset-backed commercial paper conduit transactions, and warehouse and repurchase financings. Milan has experience with a variety of asset classes, including vehicle loans and leases, single-family rental properties, land banking assets, unsecured consumer loans, equipment loans and leases, and credit card receivables.
