    Patrick regularly works directly with the legal and compliance departments of investment advisers of all sizes to support all aspects of their operations, including during a secondment to a large fund of funds in Chicago. Patrick also assists private fund sponsors with management company governance matters and transactions involving the sale of interests in investment advisers.

    Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Patrick was an associate in the Minneapolis office of another global law firm.
