Rachel Lewis is a trusted advisor to institutional owners, investors, investment managers, large banks, and corporate end users in commercial real estate (CRE) transactions across the United States. Leveraging her deep understanding of market trends, Rachel delivers strategic guidance to clients in dynamic sectors, including energy-adjacent industries, telecommunications, data centers, and infrastructure. Her practice centers on redeploying and repositioning client assets to meet the evolving demands of the real estate industry.

She regularly represents both lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions, including secured lending arrangements and development financings.

Prior to attending law school, Rachel taught seventh-grade English and social studies in the School District of Philadelphia through Teach for America. She presently serves as a board member of nonprofit Rebuilding Together Philadelphia (RTP).
