Whitney Lohr focuses her practice primarily on employment-based and investment-based immigration matters in filings with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State, and the Department of Labor. Whitney strategizes and prepares nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions to facilitate the global mobility of personnel and to provide short- and long-term solutions for a client base that includes multinational organizations, startups, and investors.

Prior to joining the firm, Whitney was an associate at a renowned immigration boutique where she represented clients in all areas of immigration law, including business immigration, family-based immigration, and naturalization. Whitney also brings a litigation background to her immigration practice, which makes her uniquely qualified to litigate immigration-related matters before federal courts.

Whitney graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and served as senior writing editor of the University of Miami Law Review. While in law school, Whitney participated in the University of Miami School of Law Immigration Clinic, representing clients in federal litigation and in Miami Immigration Court. Whitney studied law internationally in Greece and Germany. She also served as a judicial intern to Judge Jose E. Martinez of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
