During the panel, participants will discuss the impact of Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) regulations on Japanese, Chinese, and other foreign investors in Silicon Valley companies; criteria for consideration when evaluating a transaction subject to review; and timelines and processes to complete the CFIUS review process.

David's panel will meet from 4:00–5:10 pm PT.

Following the event, attendees are invited to join a networking reception.

This is a hybrid event, attendees may join in person or virtually.
