PBI Health Law institute False Claims Act Update

Partner Meredith Auten will participate in a panel discussion on recent False Claims Act (FCA) updates at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI’s) Healthcare Law Institute 2024 on Wednesday, March 13.

The panel, which will include Marc Raspanti and Deborah Frey, will feature an FCA update from the perspectives of the US Attorney’s Office, defense counsel, and relator’s counsel. Speakers will provide an overview of the law, exemplar cases, and areas of particular interest for the government, defense, and relator’s bar.

PBI’s annual Health Law Institute is the premier event for health law professionals. The conference included two full days of in-person “create your own” content, allowing attendees to select from four different tracks of breakout sessions.
