Morgan Lewis Advises LTS Lothmann Therapie-Systeme AG on Acquisition of Renaissance Lakewood

FRANKFURT, December 15, 2025: Morgan Lewis represented LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme AG, a pharmaceutical technology company, in its acquisition of Renaissance Lakewood, a US-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in nasal sprays and sterile dosage forms. First announced in October 2025, the transaction has now completed following regulatory approvals.

The acquisition broadens LTS’s capabilities in the CDMO sector, with Renaissance’s facilities and teams joining existing LTS sites in Germany, the United States, and Israel.
