Andreas N. Andrews provides advice to a variety of business entities and industries with respect to transactional tax planning and implementation matters, with an emphasis on fund formation and structuring and energy transactions. Andreas focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, investment fund formations and investments, and energy project finance and infrastructure transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Andreas’s experiences included working in the M&A group of the Washington National Tax Services office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Washington, DC and clerking for Judge Kathleen Kerrigan of the US Tax Court. He has an LL.M. in taxation.
