In this webinar series, partner Nancy Yamaguchi and associate Narumi Ito review and discuss recent developments and key issues that Japanese investors should consider when making investments in US companies and acquiring technology assets in the United States, including the formation of or investment in a CVC investment fund, making CVC investments in US or Japanese startups, and preparing for review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
