Morgan Lewis is proud to sponsor the ACSS European Conference on Global Sanctions and Export Controls. Partners Paul Feldberg and Anne Gaustad-Hanken will be attending and speaking at the conference in Dublin, Ireland.

On 8 October, Paul will be speaking on the panel The Latest Trends in Sanctions Enforcement & Investigations, which will explore a range of topics including new task forces, the EU directive on the harmonisation of criminal rules and penalties of sanctions violations, and new trends in AI in investigations. On 8 and 9 October, Anne will lead roundtables discussing the legal grey zones, including conflicts of law, breach of contract, and sanction clauses.

The two-day forum will cover key industry developments, including trends in export control compliance and sanctions, and discuss risks and their impact on sanctions professionals.
