“Innovation is transforming how healthcare and life sciences companies operate, and Jackie’s arrival enhances our ability to help clients keep pace with that change,” said Firm Chair Jami McKeon. “Her deep knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape, and her ability to work seamlessly with our intellectual property, antitrust, data privacy, and corporate teams, ensures clients receive holistic, strategic counsel at every stage of the product life cycle.”

Jackie partners with clients to navigate the complex regulatory framework and develop strategies to bring new products to market. Her work throughout the product life cycle includes maximizing IP rights and regulatory exclusivities, counseling on classification of products, clinical research, authorizations and approvals, advertising and promotion, and market access strategy.

“Jackie brings a unique combination of strategic foresight and practical experience that will immediately benefit clients navigating Europe’s rapidly evolving life sciences landscape,” said Michele Buenafe, leader of the firm’s FDA & Healthcare practice. “Jackie’s track record across high-stakes regulatory matters, enforcement actions, and transactional support positions our team to help clients anticipate change and pursue their growth ambitions across borders.”

Additionally, Jackie has experience in public and administrative law litigation, ranging from regulatory inspections and sensitive internal investigations to defending enforcement actions by various European authorities.

“Our clients increasingly need multidisciplinary support on complex regulatory, transactional, and disputes matters, and Jackie’s arrival enhances the bench strength we can offer in London and across Europe,” said London Office Managing Partner Nick Bolter. “Jackie’s arrival further bolsters our talented multidisciplinary team, presenting additional opportunities to collaborate. We are delighted to welcome Jackie to our growing London office.”
