Alexander Ritter
Alexander Ritter, a patent disputes lawyer, represents clients across a range of industries, including high tech, engineering, chemical, healthcare and medical device, and biotechnology. He provides counsel on patent infringement proceedings before German patent infringement courts and the Unified Patent Court and on validity proceedings before the patent offices and validity courts. In addition to his litigation work, Alex advises on IP-related corporate transactions. He has deep knowledge in the field of computer-implemented inventions, drawing from his technical background in computer science. He is fluent in German and English.
