PFAS Update 2019: What’s New, and What’s Next?

This presentation will focus on developments in the last year in both the regulatory and litigation arenas involving PFAs in drinking water/ groundwater and the current patchwork of PFA policies, procedures, and protections, and what’s on the horizon for the next 6-12 months.
