Allison Soilihi is a corporate lawyer focusing on natural resources project development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and private equity/venture capital investments in France and the United Kingdom, as well as in emerging markets—including in Africa. Allison advises clients through the full life cycle of natural resources and infrastructure projects (host government agreements, joint-venture arrangements, transportation and supply agreements, asset or share sale agreements, farmout agreements, etc.). She also counsels on a variety of M&A and general corporate matters, in particular in the life sciences and in the technology sectors.

Allison is an active member of the firm’s energy industry team; energy-related working groups (e.g., international energy and projects; oil, gas, and renewable fuels; and energy storage); the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and sustainability strategic initiative; and the life sciences industry team.

She sits on the firm’s inclusion committee and co-leads the London office engagement and inclusion working group.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Allison worked in the energy department of another international law firm in Paris and in the tax division of a major oil and gas company in France and Egypt. She is dually qualified in France, England, and Wales and is fluent in English and French.
