NEW YORK, February 8, 2016: Five Morgan Lewis partners have been singled out for client service excellence by corporate counsel in this year’s Client Service All-Star report issued by BTI Consulting.
Partners Danny Ashby (Litigation, Regulation and Investigations), Martin Conniff (Corporate Business Transactions, M&A and Finance), Timothy Matthews (Energy Regulation, Litigation, Transactions), Steven Wall (Labor and Employment) and Paul Zevnik (Litigation) have been designated by corporate counsel throughout the United States as client service leaders. This recognition is based on six principal attributes defined by BTI, including their thought leadership, client focus, legal skills, exceptional understanding of clients’ businesses, the outsized value they have demonstrated and the outstanding results they have achieved on behalf of clients in the last 12 months. In 2016, only 316 lawyers were granted this exclusive recognition.
“Morgan Lewis is home to five BTI Client Service All-Stars in 2016, one of only eight firms with five or more from one firm,” said Michael B. Rynowecer, president of BTI Consulting. “These BTI Client Service All-Stars are spread across the firm and include leadership partners – suggesting the Morgan Lewis is one of the few firms to enjoy a culture of client service. Top legal decision makers recognize Morgan Lewis’s attorneys for superior client service for the 15th consecutive year.”
“We are delighted that our clients and peers continue to grant our lawyers this distinguished recognition,” said Firm Chair Jami McKeon. “This designation is particularly rewarding given our steadfast commitment to providing clients with exceptional service.”
The BTI Consulting Group is a leading provider of strategic market research to law and professional services firms and has consistently identified Morgan Lewis and its lawyers as providers of standout client service in its publications. In 2015, the firm was named among an elite group of 30 large law firms singled out by corporate counsel for notable client service in the authoritative BTI Client Service A-Team 2016 guide. BTI’s 2016 Litigation Outlook report recognized Morgan Lewis as a leader in four key practice areas. The firm was also recommended by corporate counsel for a fifth consecutive year in BTI’s Most Recommended Law Firms 2015 report.
