Morgan Lewis Advises Avation on Expandable Commercial Financing Facility for Aircraft Refinancing

SINGAPORE, February 14, 2025: Morgan Lewis Stamford has represented aircraft leasing company Avation PLC in relation to the refinancing of select aircraft in Avation’s fleet by way of an $85 million expandable portfolio commercial financing facility.

Main-listed on the London Stock Exchange, Avation PLC is an aircraft leasing company that owns a fleet of aircraft operated by airlines around the world.
